Decided to do muh autism with math, dubsman, thanks to this post. And it seems between season 6 and 7, she grew about approx. 20 pixels taller. If this was the case, then by about season 10, she'll be Luna-sized, and by season 14, she'll be full-on Celestia sized, if not taller/larger. So in about 7 seasons from now, expect Twilight to be as big as Celestia, and at least as curvy too.
