I don't think a "Celestia Episode" needs to be about Celestia, she just needs to be one of the main characters of the episode.
All we've seen of the episode is the start, the ending and the snippet of Twilight and Celestia spying on Starlight, many things could happen in the remainder.

The movie is their big toy seller this year. All resources are going to that. The movie is going to have more songs than the entire S7.

It doesn't. But the amount of responses so far have been within expected range, and it'd be easy enough for me to filter out duplicate responses. With 24 to choose out of 73, there's little chance of any anon picking the exact same choices. Also, the middle panel choice.

Reminder that voting will close tomorrow. Response numbers are comparable to those for the previous cards. I'm already somewhat preparing the draft version, as the top half are pretty much set at this point. The remainder will still be close though.
