How does the point system work anyway when it always goes till defeat and a victory gives 3 while a defeat gives 0 points?

Win gives you 3.
Any inconclusive result(this is if there's any sort of double KO or draw, which could happen) gets each pony 1 point.
Loss gets you 0.

The 1 point thing might not come into play at all this first league. Though the second league I'll put up a time limit probably.

Yes.

Two ways normally.

In the other deathmatch, the ring can explode and knock out both the competitors. This is the normal way this happens.

The second way is that Fire Pro has a Critical system where a finisher can KO an opponent. What happens in this case is that you can hit the critical, and pick your opponent up before the ref calls the KO, they can hit and critical you with their finisher, which could force a double KO. Though this is incredibly rare.

Most of the times, the 1 point is going to be used for stuff like Double Countouts or Time Limit Draws, the first one if we run regular matches.

Basically if you do a big move and get a Critical, the opponent's set into a state where they can't get up unless you bring them up.

So if you bring them up, and they do a move back that criticals you, the two of you could be down on the mat in the KO state. So the ref is forced to call a draw.

How'd you make the characters? Are they based on any wrestlers or totally from scratch?

For an example of how a character was made, I took DJKM's starter pack, gave each superstar a base character to use as a moveset and AI, and tweaked off that. For example, I took John Cena and turned him into Twilight Sparkle. The reason being... the obvious.

Then I just gave everyone the same stat and skill setup to make everything fair and balanced.

Though, granted, the starter pack was early 2016, but it has 99% of the wrestlers I would ever think of using.

Rainbow Dash(6) defeats Princess Celestia(3) in 13:55 with a School Boy Rollup.

Princess Luna(3) defeats Starlight Glimmer(0) in 16:54 via an Armlock Reversal. This sends Glimmer to Babies, and sets up a possible 3 way tie for first, only if Luna and Tia both win on Day 5.

Returns is the newest one(besides that horrid 360 failure), which I am using.

World isn't out yet, and it's just starting Early Access in Q2 of this year.

Not to mention it might take anywhere from 6-12 months to get a good roster base.

Unfortunately, that's up all to the game. Even if I were to lower all the stats and did some serious AI tweaking, there's no guarantee that you'd be seeing 3-4 minute matches. That's just the type of engine Fire Pro Returns is, which is simulation based.

As for silly commentary, I don't know, I do commentary but I don't normally do silly or whatever. And I'm not a good VA so... yeah, if you're expecting pony commentary then that's something I cannot give you at the moment.

I'm pretty hyped.
