I don't know, I feel it would be an even fight between Paprika vs Pinkie Pie and Pom vs Flittershy.

Twilight might win that fight but we don't know for sure the full extent of both Oleander's magic and the book she carry.

Not much is known about Paprika but from the current information we have on her she is like Pinkie, but Pinkie has shown to be more of a threat and this is solely because we don't know much about Paprika beside being a Pinkie Clone.

Now for Pom and Fluttershy, neither are into direct combat so their battle will be decided by who has the better animals and Fluttershy's diverse cast of animals has Pom beat, plus Fluttershy can fly so she has better animals and the advantage of being out of harm's way.

Twilight and Oleander's fight would be hard to pin down, I'm not gonna say who's magic is superior, but Twilight has Flight, and Oleander has Fred. So until more information comes out about Oleander I'm gonna say Twilight has it for now.

Whether it's the Element of harmony, or the RainbowRock Transformation. When all 6 of the Mane 6 are present and their back's are against the wall they pull some magic power that completely overpowers their opponent. Why would this time be any different?

EoH/Rainbow Power only worked against Tirek and other inherently evil entities and all it did was purify or power them down from magic highs. Seems like only Oleander would be "affected" and at most, it would neuter her dark magic.

Its like saying the EoH can defeat Glimmer if the M6 were to have confronted her directly. Its not a nuke, its a Mcguffin for remedying "evil".

Velvet could probably outrange Rarity with ice shard projectiles alone, and wont need to use an object to start an offensive push. Her ice magic also lets her summon up ice cyclones and freeze shit solid at a distance.

Rarity has only used her magic on things relatively close to her and would be limited to whatever's on her person or her surroundings.
