There was an episode where Starlight gave them all hangovers and then didn't fix it so I'm assuming that even ponies have to suffer through hangovers.
Based on the mind rape episode I'd go with Rarity though because she kept her voice down.

They didn't have hangovers, they were mindraped. That would require a new spell and I'm sure Starlight never looked into a cure spell since she used a spell she made herself.
I'm sure there are old books that tell of hangover cure spells. Since ponies started drinking, they have been researching the best ways to get rid of hangovers.
