We've never seen anyone do that besides Twilight. Rarity has never lifted another pony, but Twilight does it pretty frequently.

It seems unicorns can only lift small things easily, like a broom. Swibs will surely end up a little stronger because she is practicing with Twilight, though.

Depends on the unicorn.
Normal ones can probably carry a reasonable weight. Maybe a couple hundred at most depending on how much they practice but then the special unicorns like Sunset, Starlight and Twilight can carry quite immense amounts due to specializing in it.
