Well, I imagined her to be like a Fluttershy-type, as in she lives kinda outside of town and rather rarely shows up in there.
Here's a crude picture I've drawn.

She has a lot of fruit trees and bushes planted around where she constantly harvests from and makes way too much juice. In fact so much that she regularly runs out of space in her home and just forces ponies to take some off her for free.

She was in the filly bat scouts, that ties into her cutie mark and how she got it, and is kinda volunteering there. And she keeps an eye on the surrounding lands/forests.

That sounded better in my head and I'd write some green as backstory but I'm utter shit at writing so you just get that.

That's real horse anatomy, though. I think the problem is the wings. They're where they'd usually be at (above the shoulder), but because they're supposed to be at the top of the back, it creates this frame of reference that she's got this big lump that should otherwise be smooth.

There's also the proportions. Because she's much shorter in length than a real horse, the lump only gradually slopes down to her butt, whereas with the real horse, it flattens out long before reaching the flank.
