I can never tell if people ask me questions seriously on here but I might as well respond anyway.

During this ordeal of a week my dog of 9 years had to get put down due to her jaw slowly deteriorating and then getting infected, then the next day came by and at 4 AM I was woken up to get in a ambulance with my mom because she had overdosed on some pills. I am still very happy because of my love for ponies and the great people of /mlp/, sorry for turning this into a feel thread but I just wanted to thank /mlp/, this also includes the shit posters because they at times can be funny.

Personally, the thought of an afterlife actually scares me.

Call me edgy or whatever, but I don't like being alive. I feel like there is literally nothing that interests me anymore. I don't wanna try anything new; the rare times that I do, I get bored of whatever that is so quickly that I forget about it and never do it again. Everyday feels dull, stupid and pointless. I rarely smile, even if there are people around me that are laughing and having a great time, or if I see something that should be funny to me, but I just get no emotion out of it. It just feels like I can't take any enjoyment out of anything anymore for whatever reason.

I'm afraid that no matter how potentially great the potential afterlife could be, that I simply will not enjoy it or get bored of it so quickly that it won't feel any different from the current life I'm living. Sad thing is that it's not a bad life at all, I recently graduated from university, parents seem to genuinely love me, I have some friends, looking for a job and have a decent chance of getting it by the current looks of things.

Sorry for this tumblr style venting.
