When trying to think of a trait that's a genuine boon to your friendships, something like "Redemption" doesn't quite fit. The best I can think of for Starlight would be something like "Forgiveness" or maybe something like "Understanding" that would relate more to her slowly coming to understand each of the ponies around her rather than having such an egocentric outlook, but that latter one probably veers too close to Sunset's as well.
