Octavia in the Underworld's Cello might suit your interests. It's a horror-style point-and-click, but still in development hopefully. I'm not really even sure what you could do with a pony RPG at this point. Half of the main and supporting characters have had their personal stories resolved, and most of the villains have been neutralized.

But first
Pony Platforming Project, short, but good. I just wish it continued with the Applejack series and not Minty and friends.
I really love this one, despite it being flash and being horribly coded flash.

Fiends From Dream Valley. The first and the biggest project, maybe older than MLP Online.
Never completed, but they wanted to reboot the G1 villains in a different style, just like Faust rebooted the show. It was a commendable idea. Too bad Flash is awful for making a proper platformer and large game in.

Ok the list:
Rainbow Wake - excellent top-down shooter featuring 4 bosses. It's a boss gauntled and it's really fun. Based off a parody comic book.
I wish DeftFunk had continued with this series.

Can't care for crossovers, but they're ehhhh. let's just say that I don't like watered down, unbalanced games based off other games. Why would I play a pony-modded game when I have the original?
Especially when it doesn't change anything for the better to actually match the show's real ideas like weather management, teamwork with the mane6, etc.

Daring Do flash game/Unity game on patreon.
A puzzle platformer. Sorry can't care for it because the hitboxes are awful and Daring Do cannot attack or defend herself. And that whip is horrible.

What's truly, truly sad is that those 3 games I listed are the only completed pony-based games. Shit I meant 4.

Clockwork Stallions. A game so generic and uninspired it might as well be a crossover.

While everything which actually tries to happen in the world of equestria and tries to be a little better... gets stuck in development hell, forever. Like MFA2, Spike's Quest, Everfree Chronicles, Story of the Blanks reboot, Fighting Is Magic. Anything promising.

Oh I guess except for that one android game featuring that one unicorn, Equica, but that game was badly coded and unresponsive as hell.

Yeah I think that's all of them, all worth mentioning at least. Otherwise I have to really dig the bottom of the barrel really deeply for scraps.

(for literal miniature games with 2-4 levels worth of content with minimalist gameplay like the 8-bit game, Derpy mystery of the apple thief.)

There's also that weird game where you guide Derpy through the everfree with the use of bubbles. Again based off Bright Eyes' origin story. It's nice, but not much of a game.

The others were stuck in idea hell for 6 years. Equestria Gaming had an entire thing about it called Lyra's List. People would write game development bibles, some were pretty good, nothing professional and realistic, but good.

I really like these ones: probably because he got a ton of help on them to make them so well balanced and creative in the first place.
