Today I learned that Netflix's subtitles for this episode were done in one go and never proofread.
"Canterwot" is one of a few blunders.

I also learned that after four years, I still know all the words to the song.

Super-comfy episode that's just as good as it was the first time I watched it back in 2011.

I forgot how fun a season finale that was. I used to think that Chrysalis was stupid for not leaving some changelings to watch them, but I'm thinking she had plenty reason to rule every other pony out for trying to oppose her.
Cadence and Shining were exhausted seemingly to their limits (Cadence couldn't move a cart with some rocks and Shining couldn't conjure anything), Celestia was pacified, and if she had enough magic to take her down then why worry about anything else overtaking her? Plus she had her changelings all over the place.

The Last Roundup is still great as well. There's lots of little things in there that I loved. I don't dislike the other seasons, but it feels good getting two S2 episodes in a row.

No Second Prances is still as fun as I remember it being too. Trixie and Twilight fighting over Starlight was a good dynamic. I like how Trixie and Starlight ended up being such good friends there.

Watched parts 1 and 2. Audibly kek'd at Glimmy screaming QUIET. Kek'd again when balloon stallion started assembling a bridge that looked like it was expanding out of his crotch.

I also couldn't help but notice the prison they were in for at least 48 hours had a trough filled with hay and a water barrel, but no place to shit or piss. I guess the stench would act as another compulsion to give in.

Maybe season 6 wasn't the best of the seasons, but definitely it got its moments.
Few references, good character creation and pleasing moral make it a pretty entertaining episode.
