Given the relative yearly revenue and earing of the two companies and the market cap of Hasbro it is certainly possible. It would cost Disney about 2 years of profits to buy Hasbro on the open market (a hostile takeover would require a premium on the going market rate, hence 2 years of profits vice the current market cap of about 1.5 years profits). However, I just don't see it happening with Hasbro's current profitability. It would take about 15 year to pay the investment back with the current rate of profitability of Hasbro. There are relatively few synergistic benefits to acquiring Hasbro. There is a very real possibility that it could be blocked due to excessive vertical and horizintal integration (aka, monoply).

All of this adds up to make buying Hasbro messy, expensive, and time consuming when there are other things that Disney would probably rather spend their money on.
