The mane 6 thinks Trixie's a slave-driver who is oppressing him, he basically sees her like a slightly bitchy boss who generally means well but who doesn't always know the best words to use. Aside from her making him snuggle her, wipe away her tears, and tell her she's a good pony until she falls asleep at night, it's a fairly normal working relationship.
