If you watch the show and do the counting you will realise that Dash hugs everyone all the time. She also touches her friends most often. She is just very comfortable with it, probably part of being a sportsmare.

You would think it would be Piknie Pie, but yes, Dash has most hugs in MLP FiM.

She also has the most laughing if you exclude Pinkie's giggles, which she does almost always alone.
