If it's a "standard" chaos invasion, Ponies are dead meat, plain and simple.
However if you take into account how the immaterium work, I think a Chaos invasion would just be impossible, or demons would be extremely weaken to a point where they are barely able to move.
W40K demons are born and feed on "bad emotions" from sentient creatures - considering how peaceful and harmonious Equestria is, simply getting close to it could be harmful to demons.

Even relatively mild anime smokes them to the next galaxy.
