Sadly no. Regular webms look better because they're extracted from the video. If instead of a webm you extract a gif, it'll usually look worse, and the webms in Derpi are gifs converted to webm. Depending on the original source, they can look almost like the gif or just a bit worse, but they'll always look much worse than "regular" webms. And Derpi doesn't support regular webms.

So, Derpi webms only advantage is, their file size is much smaller than their gif counterparts, nothing else.
