She doesn't sell well with the intended audience which is why she doesn't have much merch yet, but she sells well with the fandom as Hasbro is just realizing with her mini. All her other merch prior to the minis was shit that the fandom wouldn't buy because the dolls were creepy, and the intended audience wouldn't buy because they don't like Shimmer. Hasbro now knows that if they make Sunset merch targeted at the fandom, they will sell. Her minis sold out fast and can still be scalped on Amazon for 25+ dollars USD. Know that Hasbro knows how to sell her, we will probably see more of her soon.

Fluttershy isn't very big with the intended audience and AJ isn't big with either. I think Shimmer has those beat but my judgement is just based off of general popularity in the fandom and how often those are used in marketing and on merch, which isn't much. But my guess is as good as yours.
