I figured I'd give you my answer in full detail, because I'm still in love with ponies, and maybe it might help you or others find a way to rekindle that love for ponies that I have recently seen people lose.

Firstly, I still watch old episodes. I don't rewatch them so often to the point where it almost feels like a chore to do, but I do it enough because it's fun to do, I like to go back to those cute funny moments, and enjoying the show is just genuinely something I like to do. What's great about doing this is that it also allows me to stop over analyzing like this board kinda made me do, which I think is a good thing to stop doing. Appreciating these horses for what they are rather than for why they suck is much healthier and much more fun.

Secondly, I like to work on my art. I like to draw things from past things/moments in the show that I thought were interesting, ebin, or funny. I'm not the best artist yet, but I still feel like I'm decent enough to make something ok. Getting better is always a goal, and doing it with ponies is just an extra benefit.

Thirdly, I'm in a couple discord chats that are pony themed. We don't solely discuss ponies, however it is the major reason we're all in the chat. We're all horsefuckers, and it's fun to talk to those guys every other night to joke around, laugh, meme and what not.

Fourth, I still listen to fan-made pony music. To be honest, I still love all the old pony music, particularly some of the stuff that's more acoustic, people like 4EverFreeBrony, even some of the better of mandorapist's content. His away in the sky song was phenomenal. A lot of people say that content has dried up. You could go to EQD and find new art, comics, music, and whatever. It's honestly kind of a shame that EQD is such a meme with shit tier comments for horsefuckers to remember its content potential.

Hope this list of "how to stay alive during hiatus" maybe got you guys reinterested in horse. That'd be great.
