One of my roommates did acid once. I was woken up by her screaming uncontrollably. That's odd. Maybe you've just had bad experiences with strong indicas. I'd recommend trying to find a nice sativa before you write the drug off entirely. Different strains do have different effects but, at the most basic, sativas relax and indicas energize.

I smoked Cheese from Dinafem, that I grew myself. 50/50 strain It was my first time trying weed and even at microdoses, weed makes me feel like I am living inside a fake dream and nothing seems real. I don't get what people find so attractive about it.


My first first experience with psychedelics was a very bad one, so that's probably a big factor.

I dont blame you for feeling panicky. The first few times I smoked with a friend, he calmed me down and told me "just let it happen." I kept getting paranoid that I was going to get caught. Now i smoke by myself more often in an apartment. I keep getting worried somebody is going to get me in trouble. After doing it 10 or so times with nothing bad happening, I dont panic anymore. I also met a couple that blow down hard everyday and dont try to hide it. I smoke micro amounts and blow it out a window or in my freezer. The couple told me nobody cares in the building. So now I just relax and enjoy the ride.

Sorry for your scars, Salvia is as mind-bending as substances get. When I was a teen, I was scarred as well and didn't trip/roll for another couple years; they're totally different realms like heaven and hell (with a tiny bit of the other mixed in like Yin-Yang). I'd recommend giving a low dose of psychedelics a try if you get the chance.
