Starlight Glimmer is arguably better at magic than Twilight, who is also an alicorn.
>>29379757
who gives a fuck about your shit tier mary sue characters
>>29379795
HEY! Only two of those characters are Mary Sues!
>>29379782
Never read the book. Is Nyx supposed to not be very good at magic or is her magical ability kinda glossed over?
>>29379757
who's the nigger?
>>29379856
Well...She is an alicorn and of course possesses a large amount of magic. Her first attempt at any form of magic was levitating a teacup which smashed into the ceiling from too much magic.
She turned Fluttershy into a tree after Pinkie told her to. (Even I as nyxfag genuinely disfavored that chapter)
Won a tug of war using magic against 3-4 older colts that were barely even kids according to the book (due to the differences it was either invite another pony onto their team or using magic. Nyx did it all by herself via friction spells and using magic to help pull the rope)
And while Nyx's most mary sue characteristics did happen, it happened when she became Nightmare Moon, the most hated thing in Past Sins was that Nyx sent Princess Celestia and Princess Luna to the sun and moon respectively. But according to the S5 finale NMM would have actually done that in canon by sending Celestia to the moon. So it's not entirely out of the question, sun however? Not sure. This is implying that Equestria even has similar space physics as ours.Starlight is still a bigger mary sue though

>>29379980
Starlight has the best character out of all three you dirty double faggot!
>>29380638
>only character besides that one foal that can self-levitate effortlessly (and even hers is more of a gag)
>Can cloudwalk like it's nothing (no implication of her casting a cloudwalking spell although likely)
>Can go toe to toe with an alicorn
>>29380661
All while giving up magic for x years to create a community where everyone is equal, even though she's one of the best fucking magic users in Equestria.
>>29380599
the yours too.
>>29379783
Anon, go Fuck yourself with your glimmer faggotry.
>>29379782
Starlight is shit anon, place her in magic tier and your golden.
>>29380794
Prove me wrong. You can't.
>>29380819
She's a Mary sue first of all, created simply to change up the show. She's a shit character, and you know it.
"Let glimmer is such a good character, she got pissed off because a boy left her that's such a good excuse for character development rite guys"
The only reason she even exists is for Hasbro to sell more toys, same reason for her being so "powerful"
You do know she technically was using banned magic right?
>>29380819
Why do you think being more powerful than Twi is a good thing? It just makes her a mary sue
>>29380855
First off, you know exactly why that picture is wrong.
Second, how long are we going to go on with that Starburst meme? She created Our Town because she cared about equality, which is why she joined them rather than putting them beneath her.
>>29380869
No, that's Twilight.
>>29380898
Maybe because it's the most unjustified reason in the history of fucking television
>>29380938
Maybe because it's not why she created fukking Our Town. It's like saying Celestia made Twilight a princess because of one spell. It was a journey. It always is. It's never one single event.
>>29380964
But can you prove that? Why did she take Twi directly to that point? Why did convincing her about that particular moment made her change?
Did you even watch the episode?
Saying the reason she is hated is a meme because you haven't watched it, is like calling past sins bad because you haven't read it
>>29380973
Because it was the starting point. It was the very first time in her life that she realized that being different tore apart friendships. It's something that even adults don't seem to grasp.
>>29380988
we shouldn't blame stalin's upbringing for sending people to the gulags it was everything inbetween that made him do it
>>29379757
Kek is best at magic
there is no need for any further discussion
he shall smite you
>>29381147
>Comparing fascist communism to voluntary socialism
>>29381187
Being sent to the gulag isn't voluntary.
>>29381200
>gulag
>not concentration camp
