Heart attack from cuteness overload every single one of them. Besides Applejack, she would kick your balls out of your mouth.

Twilight: inflating and exploding her opponent like that Pinkie clone only with a shower of blood, teleporting inside them and tearing them apart.

Rainbow: flying at high speed through their torso leaving a gaping hole, flying them up to a great height then diving at high speed towards the ground with Rainbow pulling away at the last instant.

Rarity: pins them to the ground with needles before taking a pair of scissors and cutting their head and limbs off, enchants a gem with fire magic and forces them to swallow it as it burns them from the inside.

Applejack: snaps their spine and several other bones by bending her opponent in half, bucks them like an apple tree starting with shattering their knees before taking their head off.

Pinkie: shoves a party favour down their throat that suddenly forces them to start coughing confetti before exploding in a shower of bloody confetti, lines up her cannon directly at them only for it to blast a pie in their face when suddenly Pinkie beats them to death with an unfired cannonball.

Fluttershy: paralyzes them with the stare and calls in her friend Mr. Bear to violently rip them apart while staring into their fearful eyes, snuggles up to her opponent and bashfully kisses them causing an immediate heart attack.

Would strangle you first and then wip you around hanging by the noose slaming you on the walls and on the floor, but before she killed you she would take you to the center of the ring, take a giant leap into the air, and stomp right through you as she lands.

Would fly at high speeds tearing apart your limbs as she flies by and as soon as you are a head on a torso she would pick you up by the shoulders taking to the stratosphere and then dive bombing with you in tow, rocketing you through the pavement decimating the surroundings along with you.

Lets the animals loose on you leaving you nothing but your bones.

Would skin you alive with her magic and then use your skin to fashion a spike to impale you repeatedly until you are dead.
