Working on it atm. Went from /fit/ to fat in 2016, getting back to /fit/ again. Though luckily I'm tall enough that it doesn't take much to not be fat.

Ottermode, so dyel by /fit/ standards. Been weightlifting for almost 3 months now. My squat really sucked at the beggining but it has increased by almost 40 kilos now. Progress is nice and consistent, actually better since my form is more correct.

I do it for the Dash.
