That's destiny for her, not that she's the EOH itself. Twilight's destiny is to be the Princess of magic/friendship, so her symbol being the EOM ahead of time makes sense-- the other's destinies on the other hand ARE NOT being the EOH, they're other things like running dress shops or working a cash register at a cake shop. Being the bearers of the elements is more of a hobby.

No they won't, the movie is about 3 elemental stones, there's nothing to do with the elements.

They'll have to get the water element stone from the Seaponies, and the fire and air stones from 2 other species. (Probably flutterponies or gryphons for the air stone and dragons for the fire stone)
