they got exactly the same amount as twilight in season 5. Twilight had less episodes in Season 6 due to her episodes being hijacked by glimmer as Duo episodes. (Every Starlight episode also co-starred twilight).

And, twilight still takes center role in the two parters while the other 5 don't (She had WAY more episodes than the other 5 if you count the Finale in her count for season 5 for example, and an equal number in season 4 if you count the finale, more if you also count the premier)

I try to look at it this way: The whole ANCIENT EVIL AWAKENS/Evildoer appears stuff isn't all that matters when it comes to the other 5.

At least Rarity and Dash had their season long buildups to getting what they wanted. Ponk and Flutters still have their moments. AJ/Spike mostly really work as secondaries but alas

We just need more situations where they're able to pool their talents together to overcome challenges instead of just ebin laser beams and shit.

it wasn't for twilight either, so the fact that they made her entire purpose in life revolve around that while kicking the others to the curb for finales and premieres is kind of shitty.


Season 1 Still made sure the meta-plots and Finale revolved around the others just as much-- best night ever was a great closing finale without snubbing the other 5. So they COULD still do big two parters with the others (no adventure), they just don't want to.
