Fluttershy must be one of the oldest ones. Her YOUNGER brother was considered too old to live with their parents and he also dropped college, so he should be at least 21. Since Pinkie is 1 year younger than Fluttershy it would also make Pinkie Pie as 21 or more dpeending on how old is Fluttershy compared to Zephyr.
