You guys are overreacting. The horrible sharp smell is probably really had body odor, but it might help to check the condition of the wing. Check the first aid kit for anymore clean bandages.

This isn't the most sanitary solution, but we should keep the dirty bandages to be washed at a later date with boiling water. In case we don't come across any more medical supplies. And boy will it sting when we have to remove those bandages.

That really depends on whether or not she actually has gangrene and what kind she has.
Best case scenario the fever is just a symptom of a basic infection. In this case we need to keep her warm, clean (especially the wound) and hydrated and hope that she can recover on her own.
Middling scenario she has a case of 'dry' gangrene so while it of course would be very beneficial to debride the necrotic material there's a chance it will come off on its own rather than spreading.
Worst case scenario she has 'wet' gangrene and will die unless we can remove it (possibly by removing the limb though attempting an amputation is hardly a simple prospect).
However given the smell was described as ammonia like and not a putrid/rotting (plus no one gagged) we're probably 'just' smelling bacterial waste products.

Overall I really wish we had some way of getting a better look at the wound (damn feathers), some antibiotics, and fresh bandages because this is almost undoubtedly a result of soiled bandages stewing under a heavy hoody.

Removing the damaged and bleeding feathers

Ensuring that any remaining wounds are cleaned and sterilized as best we can, given our supplies I suggest boiled water and I guess the Vodka will have to do as a sterilizer.
Make sure the wounds STAY clean so we'll need to clean the wound + change those bandages frequently. We will likely need to drain the wound(s) as part of this process.
Ensure that PB stays warm and well hydrated.
Ideally find some antibiotics.

Since we're so low on bandages if we can't find more we can boil cloth to sterilize it (boil for at LEAST an hour at a FULL boil).

In addition to what was already mentioned, I've come up with a couple more ideas...

We tell her about the notebook, tell her it's stashed in our secret hiding space, and that we'll go get it, then we can talk with the others about her.

If she wants to follow us and doesn't respect the universal 'but it's a secret' defense..... We let her, and take her back to the others, before she walks in, but also isn't in a spot to conveniently and quickly stab us, we tell her that we're sorry if it seems weird that we didn't tell her this sooner, and everything I've told you is the truth, but I needed to know I could trust you before bringing you here, I have a friend and a sister I need to protect. The time that we spent living in that small area wasn't alone, there are two other ponies with me, they just want to leave too, we have been together the whole time, and they don't know anything I don't. One of them hates the robots even more than I do.

I don't know what to do about PB, I'm afraid she's going to be a really big deal, might as well come clean. I feel like the Queen ponies would know she isn't from the tower or would quickly find out.

Besides, we could easily take this filly if she gives us any shit, I'm just hoping she doesn't have some kind of direct line to the queen.
