Though it seems that nearly every green here features Spike as either love interest, friend or a victim of ceaseless teasing.
Biological age of the new body also tends to vary, from teen-adult to more similar to that of Ponyville's resident dragon.

I'd say it's closer to Anon in Equestria than Anonfilly, since dragons are about as alien to ponies as humans would be, if not more.
At least humans don't grow into ten story-high fire-breathing monstrosities, nor they are capable of using magic of any kind which would make them appear mostly harmless.

I think I'd put a different colour on the mohawk, green and blue are cold colours and had I picked them myself I'd go all the way in this style, eyes and all. This bleached brown doesn't look out of place but it doesn't compliment the rest either. Contrast can also work but I'm not seeing it here.

It's just a matter of taste though, you can't be wrong unless you're really wrong.

Also, if I were you and choosed to put breasts on a reptilian I'd go all the way with nipples, else you're pissing off many and pleasing few.
