Just needs a better sense of flow when introducing characters, (Ignatius) a more subtle way of expressing character's emotions and hopes, (change wall of text to more subtle way to show Papyrus' motivation of help big sis Mascara) and better focus. I didn't do this for money then, I don't do it for that now, I get money for it, sure, but I don't just keep at the old rate, I direct more effort towards the comic as a result. People seem to mistake asskissing for humbleness, I've never kissed ass, the one time I needed extra money for equipment upgrade I did the auction and that's exactly where the extra money went. If people want to drama about this, then sure, let them have their fun, but to me none of this matters and if people had not begged me to make a trip, make a tumblr, make a patreon, I would still just post my comics as anon on 4chan. Every step I've taken is to facilitate people to have easier access to my comic or to let them tip me for my efforts. if my patreon dwindles and popularity fades, I would still draw pony comics because I like it, it's therapeutic because I like ponies.

One of Pencil's main problems is that if you are writing to show some greater concept of your created world, you should leave a consistent bread trail that one can clearly see. That keeps people from being frustrated like in >>29168846 .

You don't go all or nothing with exposition. Think of it with a balance instead. I found it obtuse when Pencils left hints like blood being colorful and it got to the point where he had to explain it outside of the story.

TL;DR: Exposition and the explanation and pacing of it is something he needs to work on.

The comic isn't perfect and Pencils kind of comes over as a DA or tumblr artist who got a little lost on his way and ended up here. Patreon is never a popular move on 4chan and nor is namefagging quite so hard. To my mind, it wouldn't be a bad move to give the comic a new official home - on its own site or on tapastic or something. It doesn't quite fit 4chan 'culture'.

Getting popular on 4chan never ends well, when one person gets enough recognition on here, the shitposting will eventually get to them. Things usually take a turn for the worse once the person in question starts actually making money for the thing they've poured countless hours into, and/or using a site that people here love to hate. By nature, a vocal minority here can easily drown out the majority, and Pencils has already expressed contempt with the fact that every thread of his is a total shitshow.

Anyone remember Yanderedev? He started out a small project on /v/, people on here initially loved his work and gave him a lot of praise for it; however it rapidly grew in popularity, he started branching out to other communities, started getting donations to help develop his game, the quality of his 4chan threads got worse and worse over time, and he eventually said "fuck you guys I'm out" and went to other sites where he could have real discussion about his project. One big difference here is that Pencils already knows more or less what he wants to do with his comic, so the quality of the discussion here isn't quite as important, that's likely why he's stayed here this long, but the shitposting can be very draining.

All that being said, I hope Pencils stays here for a long time to come, would hate to see him go.

It's a tricky angle, I went by show reference with it, but I suppose next time I'll spend longer trying to make the faces work. The point was to have Luna kinda have a raised muzzle posture there, as a sort of greeting expression.

Yeah, the show itself struggles with these frontal shots. Especially on the Princesses. I'd say it's because while standard pony head is mostly round, alicorns have a much more horse-like head. In the show they draw the face with a slightly different, more oval/angular shape. You could probably also use shading to your advantage.
The head also feels slightly too wide. Since Luna is more of a horse, she doesn't have her eyes completely in the front, but more on the sides, which fits with her longer face. Drawing them a little skewed to get the illusion of depth might help.
