I can't say for certain, but I stand by my reasoning it's not gonna stay on a dead network like Discovery Family.

Yes and no. We all know Hasbro does generations of its franchises, the problem is that no one knows whether Hasbro is willing to continue the G4 timeline or to timeskip it for a G5 timeline.
