I'd like to toss A Friend In Deed into the ring, though Winter Wrap Up is probably a safer contender. I have some S5 episodes I like just as much, like Pinkie Apple Pie, but I know they don't have any chance of not being loathed by someone.

Amending Fences could have been a lot worse, but it was by no means a good episode. The story is dry and Moondancer is an unrelatable rehash of early Twilight. Literally the best part of the episode was Minuette.

Most overrated episode in the entire show's history. Not even fucking close. Only reason why anyone gives a shit about that episode is because it had the first really good song the show ever had and people are nostalgiafagging hard about it.

Generally this entire board is massively against anything that isn't from season 1 or 2. If you ask anywhere else in the fandom besides this board most people would say that as far as solo episodes go Crusaders of the Lost Mark is the best one. Reddit did a poll at the end of season 5 similar to the one on this board and it had a 100% rating. But that's a season 5 episode so naturally no one cares about it on this board.

Swarm of the Century

Funny episode about a cute monster infestation that quickly snowballs into a huge disaster that could have been avoided if Twilight and company had stopped and listened to what the original Pinkie Pie had to say.

The finale, crowned by Pinkie Pie blowing the sad horns was probably the best stuff ever.

Season 1 has the best voice acting. The voice actors experimented with inflections, which gave the characters some depth from episode to episode. By season 6 they've been doing it for five years and would rather hit the same takes over and over again. At this point DHX could splice together voice samples from old episodes and call them new and nobody would be able to tell.
