This. I just can't take "show discussion" here seriously when it's so plain to see that their only experience of it is going along with the memes in the thread and thinking about that while not even really paying full attention to the episode. Most people I saw "discussing" On Your Marks somehow believed the episode was about AB trying to find what she's good at again, saying "well what happened to potion making?' when she was depressed over the thought of spending less time with her best friends. Only able to follow simple and shallow adventure episodes, or they have no idea what's going on.

See, it has less to do with opinions being formed that I disagree with, and more with the fact that they weren't paying attention to the episode and don't talk about what it was actually about unless it's Gauntlet-of-fire levels of simple and shallow. And in that case, there's nothing to even discuss. I mean, think about it. They can't even comprehend the character's feelings and motivations in a CMC episode, of all things.
