The other ponies have trained Glimglam to refer to herself as formerly "evil" and act like she deserves punishment, and not in a prideful way. It's the opposite - it feels like they ground her down. She didn't fix any mess because Spike did it first, she did exactly what she was supposed to do, watch the fucking beginning of the episode.
