In the spirit of tf2 Halloween update I downloaded a shit ton of mlp mods and skins.

Game was so overloaded with cringe I had to take out many of them.

I kept the good old fluttershy "yay" as a hit sound and a rarara song for the dispenser radio.

couple of new bosses here and there, one or two new maps, a couple old maps were put into rotation while others were removed because kiddies won't quit bitching, one of my hales was removed 2 years ago because someone decided to give it a broken new ability without asking me, and she's supposed to be in the middle of "fixing". aside from that staff has changed rather drastically over the past couple of years, and the autism levels have risen somewhat. All-in-all it's still a run-of-the-mill pone in TF2 experience, albeit the best one in the game. It's still fun to play on occasion.

I remember taking heads from the entire server with Celestia. People had enough salt to fill the Grand Canyon. She was fun to play but not to play against.

oh believe me, i take great pleasure in reaping butthurt wherever i can. I have two boss projects in the works that I plan to use in a fun way that could easily harvest salt. Screwball with an ability akin to Merasmus's Wheel of Fate and Thorax with a an ability that turns him into his horrendous new form. I'm gonna both love and hate making the model for that one.

oh, and servers are usually dead on weekdays as of late but pick up to 10-20ish users per server on weekends and holidays. usually 20 to full in the summer and around christmas

When boss picks were introduced it kinda lost some of the charm it had imo, never knowing which pony it was next. Now after playing a while with some people you always know what they ll be coming out with and how they ll behave so kinda sucks.
Maybe put a boss cooldown for choosing, like you cant play as the exact same boss as you last played

Also i miss the duo bosses, or trio in CMC's case, are they even available or were they removed?

duos and the CMC are still available, but only donors can choose them. plebs have to pray to RNGesus if they want to be a part of group bosses.

As for your first point, there's not much you can do about it. Some folks like to pick random. Others would rather not pick a hale at all, as you can actually opt out of being chosen, building up queue points indefinitely until you choose to spend them. I've seen times where despite the server having 15-ish people on, only three of them were in the boss queue. you just take it in stride and work on strats to counter people's main picks. of course it never works because hales are OP pieces of trash :^)
