Good atmosphere and decent comedy.
Better than the two sequels but overall the original had better songs and a decent story along with the memorable comedy.

Rainbow Rocks had a good story, introduced original characters, had the best songs, and was written with a good climax.

The first movie (Equestria Girls) is second because it introduced us to the human world of MLP, it had almost of a good story as RR, but wasn't as exiting.

I have mixed feelings for the Friendship Games, it was an okay movie, it was almost the same length of RR but watching it felt like it was 20 minutes long. The storyline was mixed up and went by too fast, there wasn't much new elements and the songs weren't as good. The movie stayed at a constant pace of nothing up until the end where Sci Twi transformed into Midnight Sparkle and Sunset Shimmer transformed into Daydream Shimmer, that was a very exiting part of the movie and the only good part of it. The whole movie wasn't written well and the action wasn't spread out evenly. The whole movie was basically boring and dull up until the climax.

And finally, Legend of Everfree. My thoughts on this is that the movie was good, for little girls. The character's appearance was very girly and childish and didn't appeal to me. The movie didn't seem as original as RR and EQG, it was just made so Hasbro would be able to sell more toys and the movie was basically just another milking of EQG with little creativity put into it. I didn't find it very enjoyable, which is why it's the worst out of all.

Only for Sunset Shimmer and human Twilight but, honestly, I'm okay with that. The stronger continuity of Equestria Girls makes it more engaging to follow than the show ("Where the Apple Lies" reminded me of the "writing-in-a-vacuum" style Friendship is Magic is annoyingly saddled with).

1. Rainbow Rocks
>Great soundtrack, great character arcs, sexy sirens. Need I say more?
2. Friendship Games
>Completion of Sunset's character arc of the first three films was written fairly well, the climax of the film was great, although pacing felt rushed. Also, SciTwi a cute

RR and EQG are the only ones that are even any good, largely because

Are two of the only good elements introduced in the entire generation after maybe Season 2 of MLP itself. Had EQG gone on to be a completely different spinoff with Sunset having a more developed arc ,more magical music stuff, and a basic mahou shoujo plot, it could have been on par with the main show.
