I found the beginning of a story in a .txt from 2014 that I started then forgot about.

With an earthquake-like rumble, the tiny pegasus' world was shaken as Rainbow's hooves touched the ground. To the normal-sized mare, it was a soft landing, but not so for Fluttershy thanks to a recent, and rather profound alteration to her height.
Mere minutes ago, she had been struck by a bright, purple beam of magic which, unknown to the miniature pegasus had originated from a certain purple pony's horn halfway across Ponyville, before being accidentally misdirected and sent Fluttershy's way. The pegasus had only just stepped out of her door when the spell had painlessly struck her left flank, and dwindled her down to the size of an appleseed in a second. And now, here she stood as if a tiny, fragile ladybug, at the gigantic hooves of her friend.
"Fluttershy?"

Her cry went unheard by the monolithic Rainbow Dash who, intrigued by the open door of Fluttershy's house, lifted a hoof and began to move. When it met the earth again, Fluttershy was shaken by another mighty rumble strong enough that she was almost knocked over. The yellow mare looked skyward, up to the gigantic Rainbow's underside as it moved above her. Though gripped with fear, Fluttershy felt the sensation of butterflies inside herself in addition to an unexplained heat spreading through her chest. There was something- Something about seeing Rainbow this way...
