Lets look at the evidence.
I will even take the "she looked a little fat during the wonder bolts episode."

Instead I will change it out with the fact she was a little woozy and even fainted onto Twilight. The first trimester must be hard on her like it is for most mothers. So hard she has probably been home in bed most of the time. How many episodes did we see without Fluttershy in them? She seemed to be missing for most of the first half of the season. Only to appear during newbie dash and faint on Twilight?

Now let's talk about Discord overly worried about her. Since they started "Tuesday Tea" (MLP for Netflix and chill) Fluttershy has found herself in numerous dangerous situations. Why would he suddenly feel like she can't take care of herself now as opposed to the many other times he didn't involve himself?
Discord really didn't want her to go to Yack Yack-whatever its called because he would be lonely. Really? Exactly how much time do they spend together? Is Tuesday tea now Wednesday, Thursday, Friday tea? He lives in his own extension of reality, how can he THAT lonely? He can blink and time will warp to when she returns. He seems to be grasping for straws on reasons to not want her to go. After she tells him she has to go he flat out beggs her not too. The Lord of Chaos, begging a pegasus.

Her attitude has certainly changed. I agree this can also be a weak argument because her entire character ark was trying to teach her to be assertive and not to damn scared of new things. Well, I mean, that was what her episodes involved. And she hasn't really improved THAT much. The Halloween episode was about as far as she got and even then she told us that she is happy with herself and her ways.
Jump to recent episodes and she is a bit of a topcunt. Yelling at her brother to stop being so damn scared of trying new things and putting himself out there... (sound like someone we know?)
