There's a lot of room for interpretation in terms of MLP character ages. I wouldn't say they got it wrong for the M6, necessarily, though I agree about the CMC.

Yeah, I get it completely. For me though, I've always figured if you've jumped the hurdle of "fucking a pastel horse" then jumping the "slightly younger pastel horse" isn't as hard anymore. The first hurdle is always the highest so with humans, it's just the age difference and adds more focus to that.
