I don't know how much a powerball is but I'd love to create some kind of theme park to bring Equestria to life. replicas or Ponyville, Canterlot, etc. Complete with the Friendship Express and Royal Guard everywhere.
Hell, even a Carrot Bun cosplayer who legitimately hates everything in one of the food stalls.

I'd invest a good portion into VR and neural uploading. After that I suppose I'd get myself a nice secluded house, preferably near a mountain. That way I could be as fucking wierd as I'd like.
