It's a very minor issue. Those pics have always been a very gray area. If push comes to shove you might end up pissing them off.
Sometimes the style of the OP can net you a warning, other times they ignore it.

I think I might have passed that point, all things considered.
In any case it hasn't just been anthro-vs-nonanthro that has had inconsistencies on what is and isn't allowed. Myself and a few other users I've had a chat with agree that it would be in the users' best interests to know what might be crossing a line so they wouldn't have to find out the hard way by receiving a ban for something that wasn't quite clear in the rules.
