Pretty nice. The movement seems a bit too floaty and over-accentuating on breathing and such for my taste, but I'm pretty sure that that kind of stuff would be regulated by the animation director in the MLP movie anyways (and I'd assume it'll largely follow the cartoon).

I feel they've been adding a bit too many well-known voice actors, to a point where the production budget could suffer and/or there may be way too many characters to properly focus on the story.

Overall my outlook is cautiously optimistic with a negative spin because of the above. I definitely don't want to hype myself up, because I don't want to be disappointed when it's only OK (or worse, but I hope Meghan manages to at least make it OK, she usually did on the show).

Even if at some point the fandom grinds to a complete halt and Hasbro were to never put out any pony content ever again, Larson will still be haunted by this for the rest of his life. Once in a while, there'll be some guy who will recognize him and won't be able to resist making a wing joke. If gravestones had humorous inscriptions, I'm pretty sure his would have a wing joke (and an etching of his signature) unless he somehow manages to get big with something else and have something similar happen.
