According to the official Twitter she was born on the third of May, and she also stated that she was born on a Tuesday. The last few years that May third was a Tuesday were 2016, 2011, 2005, 1994, and 1988. Her respective age if born on any of those years would be 0, 5, 11, 22, or 28. She seems older than eleven and younger than twenty-eight, so I would place her birthday at 5/3/94 (or 3/5/94 if you put day before month).

I'm afraid your math needs some work a specific date falls on the same day of the week every 9 years when accounting for leap years and since this year may 3rd was on Tuesday that means she is 9, 18, 27, 36 and so on but because in Equestria Girls they are seniors in high school (three pictures of sunset winning fall formal on the wall) this narrows it down to most likely Pinkie being 18 if her age is the same in Equestria as in EG. Great news for me this proves that my waifu is legal :)
