Magic, in the most common way most people understand it, may not be real, but something more powerful is:

Us.

Us humans, and yes, that is an amazing feat and I will be glad to tell you why. War, weapons, new diseases, torture, and so many other things that solely exist in this world because of humans, and I by no means am going to try and say we've hit the peak of what we can be, that everything is perfect. I'm a fat fuck from America, I have no right out try and hold any moral ground aginst anyone. There is so little I know, so much pain and suffering that I can't hope to know out there, let alone try and stop, but I will say this, if so even if one random guy somehow finds inspiration, hope, or even gets a good laugh at my idiocy from this, then I'll say I did SOMETHING.

Meaning is our power. Life has no meaning, and so we, humanity, create it. People get defeated and give up when they realize that life is meaningless, like they can't live without being given a purpose, but what they don't get is that WE make the meaning! WE are the ones that gives things purpose! WE are the ones that will not just say that a beautiful sunset has meaning, but WE are the ones that will GIVE it meaning!

Life was just an empty mold that we were given free rule to morph into any shape we want, and while we may be not doing the best we can at shaping life, what I want YOU to take away from this is just how much POWER we have with that! That is is US that gives a reason why the sun rises and lowers, that is US that created advanced ideas and concepts!

So please, from this random fagot on this random /mlp/ thread on 4chan, take away that while magic is not real, friendship is, and it was us alone that created it.

THAT is the power we, including you, have.
