I meant I don't know what's going on there and how. When I read a green from the show, I can understand the references, the eventual headcanons, the time in which it's set, all that stuff. As I said, I don't know shit about EqG, basically I would only know the m6 + spike and maybe the other princesses (if they're even princesses there). No other charaters, villains, setting, nothing.
And let's be honest, if I've never watched it, nor felt the need to do so, it's because I'm not interested. Chances of liking fanfiction when I don't like the original one are pretty low. Heck, I'm picky even when it comes to pony fic. I read mostly rgre stories because they're fun and Celestia fics because waifu and stuff.
