Spez had his normal panic attack and now seems to be getting along fine. Birdpone is one of those meme races that I never cared about, since they're just oddly colored featherbrains.

New Space is proceeding like Space Vex did, quick to the point updates, gamey gameplay intertwined pretty nicely with the story, and all the stuff the old one had. He needs to write his posts in word or something first though.

My biggest problem with Spes's MC isn't that it's a bird, it's that it comes across as a spectator character.

It's hard to imagine this character actually doing anything. With his apparent background and personality he just seems like the kind of character who watches others do things once things start happening. He's written as dense and his place so far in the story is that he's a random ass delivery guy who got lost. He's less than a traveling merchant.

I know the quest just started and we're just now getting our first actual event, but the MC is the most tag-along character ever, even if that was the intent during chargen. I just hope he gets a more active role than what I'm currently seeing.

Hey guys, I'm starting a new CYOA soon. Sometime this week. Title card in the spoiler.
I'm going to be spending a lot of time working on templates and character sheets, but I think I can start either Wednesday or Thursday. The latest would be Saturday, as it's my most free day.
Will my art style work?
Should I use a secure trip, or just the CYOA title?

Anyways, I'd suggest starting when you have the most free time. The first session is usually the most important one. The art style is fine. I've seen QM's run with worse art, and obviously, no art.
Feel free to use a trip if you want. Many QM's don't use one, so it's by no means required.

What I said is that the imaginary fights from playing make-believe are over. We'll see if I can keep things light now that the quest is transitioning into the actual adventure.
My intent is to keep this fairly light-hearted while maintaining a real sense of adventure and giving the characters something that they actually want to fight for.
As far as the suffering is concerned I'm going to try to keep it light. If the Gem, Dusty, any of the other available party members or your enemies get raped they're going to deal with the fact that they were raped but it won't become the main focus of the quest unless the players really want to focus on that shit.
This is supposed to be a dumb adventure Quest with lewd sprinkled in.
That's all I'm trying to do.
