It will be a tactical battle, a free for all. In addition to the individual armies, the terrain will change as the game progresses, powerups and territories will be available to capture and boss monsters and squads will frequent the map. /mlp/ had better bring its best.

Obviously its some hex based game, probably using custom created races based on the answers of the other boards. Ours are obvious, Ponies and other denizens of Equestria. Now since he said armies, I'm assuming some sort of CIV game if not some kind of board game, might even be a home brew. Assuming that our choice of Characters will be the leaders of various army units It's pretty obvious that this will be some kind of strategy game.

Considering that this is a board war and the other characters/memes used as leaders are from various different formats and such its also likely that this is some kind of "Pseudo-Heroes of the Storm" setting.

If you so desperately want to know then I'll tell you the game is going to be Heroscape with a touch of Risk involved. Each board will choose their army and I will setup the map accordingly and use snapshots to display the result of each turn. The map and objectives will change periodically and new enemies (as in what action figures I own) will enter the field to attack randomly. We will use a dice roller to confirm action/attack successes.

I'm not doing this to be some tripfag fan-of-the-fandom hipster, I'm doing it because this board needs some fucking solid content aside from the 20 fucking CYOA's, the circlejerk generals and the fucking endless summer shitposting. AND because I enjoy board games.

Now, do you want to fucking play when the time comes or what?
