I'm a cook, too, what kind of food do you cook? I work at a lebanese place and get ten-minute lectures in broken english about anything and everything (whipping boy), but hot damn the schwarma is worth it.

I grew mushrooms behind my couch about 11 years ago when I lived with my folks. They came out great, the only issue was, after the first harvest I was spun out like a crazy person and forgot sanitation procedures, so they got moldy after the second flush. Still got a lot, though, everyone got plenty high. I met God while staring at the stars. Good times.

I work at a sample house bar and grill, smallest kitchen ever but we smoke all out stuff daily, we don't even have a freeze. Prep starts 4 hours before we open. Worked for a bunch of caldeans before and it fucking sucked.
