Actually it all depends on the sensitivity of the penis. Our primate cousins have the same problem. The reason we can last longer is because we lack the penile spines most other mammals possess on their dicks that make them so sensitive and therefore quicker to orgasm (we actually still have them but they are vestigial and therefore not nearly as pronounced as our primate cousins).
