/b/, but only at the start for like 6 or so months in 2008. Then I moved to /v/, it sucked ass and I hated 4chan completely, but then trolls managed to make /vp/ and i took home there. When the show was airing swarm of the century I visited /co/ after people spammed pone in /vp/ and all of 4chan.
Then /vp/ it went to shit after Bui came and it only got worse with gen 6 was out and I moved down to here completely after that.
Now I can never leave.

/b/, I just looked at The Bread until this board was created, though I was a fan after too because their Scootaloo shitposting was amazing. I had been on /a/ and /b/ since around Christmas 2004, I attempted to shock-image a friend who was a SomethingAwful forums goon with a dickgirl loli assramming another dickgirl loli and he dumped me directly into /d/ for my trouble. Upon wandering into /b/ the first thing that caught my eye was 500k GET, he posted a picture of a blue LED - it was declared a failGET and he was banned immediately, everyone cheered. I lurked for at least a year before posting after that.

Yeah, my 4chan life started on /b/ in 09 for a few months. I went to /r9k/ after that when I realized it wasn't a robotics board like /po/ but bots. Lurked /pol/ and /a/ but left 4chan for a year or two and tried to become a normie before ponies. I saw lots of ponies being posted online and was like wtf. I came back when I met another old /co/ fag who got me back here to post dank memes with him.
I tried to get off the ride... you cant.

my brother got me into /b/ around 2009. I started jumping to the other boards soon atfer. I found /k/ and /co/ where I stayed most of the time. I saw the first thread go up and ignored it. after a few days I saw the thread was still up and had a look. I mostly just lurk and shitpost shitty stories about eating all the eggs and walk the dinosaur.

I started going there in 2007. Still occasionally go there looking for some nice fluffy vermin abuse, but the rest of the board has turned into a bunch of 11 year olds giggling about racist horseshit.

I stumbled upon /b/ around 2012, ended up drifting between the various boards for a while, mostly /x/ before it turned from a decent pile of crap to whatever it is now, /r9k/ before it turned into the shit hole it is now, and /pol/ before they began handing out bans to people with certain viewpoints, before settling on /vp/ once it was made.
Then the mods enforced the no porn rule and the board effectively died. I really enjoyed the writing threads, too.
I began coming on here weekly because one in ten threads remind me of better times.

So is there no longer any good boards on this site? Is chan culture dead in general

Ironically, this board is the closest approximation to old culture from what I've seen.
Infinity chan took a lot of our old users, but it's suffering a different sort of death than 4chan, namely people insulting each other for the sake of insulting each other and it's driving people off faster than it can grow.
From what little I've seen of Kiwifarms, that website has a small sample of the old culture, but it's mostly dedicated to Chris Chan.
Oddly enough, reddit seems to have changed to something approaching 4chan of 2013. If it weren't for the site wide rules, I'd bet that some of the smaller subreddits would be what 4chan used to be.

Beyond that, it's probably dead. Anonymity is dead these days everywhere but Japan. You could try to browse a smaller chan, try to bring some life into it, or learn japanese and jump on 2chan.
