How I'd be as an antagonist?

Well let me put it like this fuckboy.

I didn't know that the living world still existed. Celestia and Luna had convinced me that the earth was fucking kill.
Any recent deaths were just lost souls making their way to the after-life.

The amount of effort put into this ruse was tremendous. So for centuries I'd just been content to manage the underworld and fuck tortured souls. I went full edgelord wearing only black and listing to Linkin Park. On weekends I'd play shitty video games I bought from steam sells on the cross-dimensional wifi.
As well as forcing the tortured souls to reenact scenes from Evangelion and other shitty doujinshi and manga.

The conflict was, I'm kind of an asshole and an autist.

When Rainbow Dashs pet dies she heads to hell just to bargain for his soul.

I always thought an antagonist like Leland Gaunt from Needful Things would be pretty neat. He is one of my favorite villians ever.
No extreme superpowers, just an insane amount of charisma and an eerie ability to make people do what he wants them to do.

The best part is that he doesn't do any violence or murders himself, he just opens up peoples mind to the possibility that doing bad things will give them things they want in life.

I think there should be thousands of draconequs who bring chaos in there own way and Discord is just the one who causes chaos by driving people apart.

I would like to be the draconequs that causes chaos by creating a never ending self sustaining party, it would be a tricky one for the mane six to deal with because I wouldn't technically be doing anything harmful or wrong. There would be people annoyed about whole swathes of the country never working again and the fact that the party goers are totally dependent on me to provide for them but what could they really say to justify imprisoning me.

I would definitely want thought projection, being able to erode their confidence from within, waking them up at all hours of the night by projecting weird noises into their heads, arousing/disgusting them with lewd images.
