My plan is an AU Equestria. Twilight never went to Ponyville, so the Elements were never formed through the Mane 6.

So Equestria has got put through a meat grinder, as NMM is up and around, and Sombra was never stopped, so all manner of shit has gone down.

AJ was involved and because of that, is the way she is.

Thing is I've always actually loved the idea of NLR vs Solar Empire, so I was going to go off of an idea like that. Something akin to NMM being more a rebellious nuisance than a superpower, she has a small following that builds with propaganda and not magical fuckery because she isn't evil as the show depicts, and she doesn't want eternal night anymore, just to be the more important ruler. Because hey, a thousand years in the moon would make anyone a little pissed off.

However Sombra is the real problem. Call me an edgy fuck, but I loved the small snippet of Alternate Sombra-verse where there's war, so that's going to play into things as Sombra would have succeeded in overtaking the Crystal Empire. That's a bit more of a problem for Celestia than NMM is.

Other than that, it'll basically be some montage shit where Earth pone and Unicorns are trying to spur on technology years ahead, and thus we see some Deus Ex level shit because Technology + Magic, and thus AJ's upgrades after her incident.

I get all the shit about not having the elements of harmony because they never met Twilight, but then how does AJ know Spike?

The biggest flaw is the fact that you draw it too much like a human.

You've drawn it too "humanish," like I said, especially the plot/"ass." The plot should be more slender and stick out less. Research horse behinds, even if you do consider it a stylishistic choice.
>The hind legs
You would have actually been able to pull off the human ass, if the hindlegs didn't look so stubby in comparison. The robotic replacements don't justify the appearance either. So, a readjustment to the lf the hindlegs could. Make them longer or slender. Change the design of the artificial limbs too. They look more like peg legs, rather than prosthetics. Research prosthetic legs and the horse forelegs.
>The scar
The eye overlaps the burn damage, which it shouldn't. I suggest making it smaller and detailing it more. Make it look less like a blotch.
>the pose
Add some more "weight" to the pose. Showing a more accentuated muscle could help, bt I suggest researching more on the pose. Considering the weight of her hips. A lot of pressure is supported by her forelegs.

Also, your artwork should match the tone your story is trying to represent. Unless, you plan having a raunchy comedy in a post apocalyptic setting, then more to power to you. Hope you pull off that unique idea well.

The hips are too bulky and fat, they swing out too far, the forehooves are too skinny, the body, head, and rug are all outa whack with one-another, tail hair is too short, forehooves are too close together to support her, body sizes are all over the place up and down her body.
